Who Qualifies?
To be eligible for our Pro Bono Student Visa Support Program, you must meet the following criteria:
Female Nigerian Citizen
Applicant must be a female citizen of Nigeria with a valid Nigerian passport
Educational Intent
Genuine intention to pursue full-time studies at a Canadian Designated Learning Institution (DLI)
Academic Qualification
Meets minimum educational requirements for Canadian study permit (typically secondary school completion or higher)
Financial Capacity
Ability or plan to demonstrate proof of funds for tuition and living expenses (we can help you understand and prepare this)
Commitment to Process
Willingness to actively participate in the application process and provide necessary information in a timely manner
How to Apply for Pro Bono Support
Submit Your Application
Send an email to probono@reginamax.ca with "Pro Bono Student Visa Application" in the subject line. Include your full name, contact information, and a brief statement about why you wish to study in Canada.
Initial Screening
Our team will review your application and contact you within 5-7 business days to schedule a preliminary consultation call.
Consultation & Assessment
During the consultation, we'll discuss your educational goals, assess your eligibility, and determine the best path forward for your study permit application.

Important Program Notes
- •No Guarantee of Approval: While we provide expert guidance, we cannot guarantee study permit approval. Immigration decisions are made solely by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
- •Government Fees Apply: While our services are free, you will still need to pay mandatory government fees (study permit application, biometrics, medical examination, etc.) and school tuition/fees.
- •Limited Availability: Due to the pro bono nature of this program, we accept a limited number of applicants each quarter. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
- •Your Responsibility: Applicants are responsible for obtaining school acceptance letters, gathering required documents, and meeting all IRCC requirements. We provide guidance and support throughout the process.
